I am asking that students try to exercise for 30 minutes or more a day. Please help them log what they do or you could e-mail me a picture or video of them doing some of these.   I know some might be very limited in what they can do if they are at daycare somewhere. Here are some examples of what students might do:

1)  How many curl-ups can you do in a minute? 2) How many push-ups can you do?  3) play Tag with family or siblings 4) How many times can you walk up & down the stairs in 5 minutes? Go for a walk if it's nice out.  5) Help clean the house,6) Dance to your favorite music 7) Build a fort 8) Ride your bike if you have one 9) How many times can you jump rope in five minutes? 10) Jump on the trampoline if you have one 11) Roller blade or Roller skate if you have them 12) Fly a kite on a windy day 13) How many Jumping Jacks can you do in a minute?  14) Shoots some hoops, 15) Play catch 16) How many laps can you run around the outside of the house? 17) Create your own obstacle course or make up your own games, the list is endless.
